September. Today was family reunion day.
Laren had invited his daughter, Sarah, and her husband, Josh, and of
course their young son – and Laren’s grandson, Brady – over to the house for
lunch and a chance to visit with us.
Laren’s son, Ryan (he’s the guy that set Laren and I up in a mini-golf
match), and Sarah and Ryan’s Mom, Lili, also came over. We had a wonderful visit, catching up on
what’s been going on in each other’s lives, while we provided details on our
full-time RV adventure. And, of course,
we were all entertained by little Brady.
At almost three years of age, he’s quite the little man, and a cute kid,
to boot. Had us all both amazed at his
antics and laughing at the same time.
Laren is quite the grandpa, I can tell you – and is he ever proud of his
little grandson! Teena and Laren fixed a
wonderful lunch for everyone and I brought along several bottle of wine we’ve
collected along our adventure, including from South Dakota and NY’s Finger
Lakes region. We thoroughly enjoyed
getting to see the rest of Laren’s family during our visit to this part of CA –
and look forward to our next get-together. Please indulge us as we brag about our great family by posting the following photos. What a great group of people! And the men are all so handsome to boot!

You've seen everybody at this family gathering by now except for Laren's wife, Teena (left of Lynette), and Sarah's husband, Josh (far right). What a terrific looking bunch of people!
